Smartly has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Science Partner to join our growing Performance team.

We are looking for a customer-facing growth leader who enjoys growing revenue in existing accounts through data. Your role is crucial in making sure we can generate incremental revenue through our analyses and recommendations

**As a Senior Marketing Science Partner, you will...**:

- Develop and present analyses to sell marketing stakeholders on scaling Smartly campaigns
- Perform quantitative research to support sales and marketing
- Serve as the day-to-day trusted measurement consultant for key strategic advertisers by analyzing customers' performance marketing data and developing recommendations to scale spend and connect more platforms to Smartly
- Explain analyses to customers to influence spend decisions

**What we are looking for...**:

- Proven track record of growing account revenue through analytics in spite of a challenging economic climate
- Strong sales and sales enablement skills
- 5+ years experience in marketing measurement, analytics, growth marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data-sets in Python and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or similar knowledge
- Ability and willingness to become an expert in digital performance marketing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, collaborating with technical and non-technical collaborators in a customer-facing role
