**Product Operations Specialist - KYC Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du übernimmst das On
- und Offboarding von Geschäfts
- und Privatkunden (Überwachung der Prozesse, Klärung von Rückfragen)
- Du bearbeitest Vertragsänderungen von Bestandskunden
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Überprüfen von eingereichten Antragsdokumenten und Nachweisen auf Vollständigkeit
- Du begleitest externe Audits durch Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Bei der Prüfung hast Du ein Augenmerk auf die Unternehmensstruktur, ermittelst den wirtschaftlich Berechtigten und führst Prüfungen zur Identitätsfeststellung durch
- Du führst gesetzlich vorgegebenen Kontrollen durch
- Die Antragsdaten erfasst Du zusammen mit den Ergebnissen Deiner Prüfung in unserem Stammdatensystem und holst, falls erforderlich, weitere Nachweise von Geschäfts
- / Privatkunden oder über zentrale Online-Datenbanken ein
- Du erstellst monatliche bzw. jährliche Reports und gibst Anforderungen weiter zur Anpassung der Reports an die Entwicklungsabteilung
- Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kunden, Banken und der Compliance Abteilung
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen im Second-Level-Support
- Hierbei arbeitest Du detailorientiert und Du hast die Bearbeitungszeiten im Auge
- In Deiner Funktion hast Du Geldwäschevorschriften zur Kundenidentifizierung (AML, KYC), unsere Compliance Policy und definierte Standards im Banken
- und Finanzumfeld vor Augen, um unser Unternehmen zu schützen
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich KYC / AML samt Praxis in der Umsetzung regulatorischer Themen gewünscht
- Expertise einschlägiger KYC-Prozesse von Vorteil
- Du hast Freude an der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und verstehst diese als wesentliches Qualitätsmerkmal
- Du hast Freude an der Detailarbeit und die Fähigkeit, fehlende Daten schnell zu identifizieren
- Du bringst gute Kundeservice Erfahrung mit
- Du bist eine durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Gewissenhaftigkeit und Analyseorientierung
- Du kannst Dich mit den FELS-Werten identifizieren und möchtest mit uns etwas Positives in der Finanzwelt bewegen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischsprachkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
