Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Around 3.4 million patients worldwide with this disease regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a life-saving blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidney in case of kidney failure. We operate in 42 production sites and in more than 50+ countries, to provide dialysis products such as dialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposables.

In this position you will be part of the TA International Medical Technology team. Our team is serving the Medical Technology Business in EMEA, APAC and LA. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring best-in-class talents for Medical Technology EMEA with a high focus on positions in Germany. In this position you report directly to the Director TA Medical Technology EMEA & APAC. Currently we are transforming into a Global TA organization and we will have a lot of interesting assignments and projects in front of us.

**Tasks**:

- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle.
- Attract and hire potential top talents for positions in EMEA and the German market.
- Manage international job requisitions on different levels including executive search.
- First point of contact for our German Business Leaders and Business partners in all aspects of operational recruiting.
- Working cross-functionally with International talent acquisition colleagues.
- Build a strong cooperation with local and regional HR leaders.
- Act as internal TA consultant for all FMC countries in the EMEA region.
- Partnering with the business, anticipating the needs and understanding the market is key to success.
- You will manage end to end talent acquisition and be instrumental in executing the Global talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives tailored to regional requirements.
- You enjoy looking for new and innovative ways in which we can improve the talent acquisition organization, infrastructure and processes.
- Ensure that TA policies and services of the function are compliant with local labour and social security law regulations as well as with internal guidelines and policies.

**Profile**:
Your personality is characterized by a high level of drive, positive mindset and energy. You are action oriented, and you have excellent stakeholder management skills. Your independent way of working and analytical mindset enables you to meet project deadlines and overcome periods with high workload. You are pragmatic, focus on results and a true team player.
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- You have several years of relevant experience in international talent acquisition within a multinational corporate environment.
- You have profound capabilities in assessing, interviewing and recruiting International and German top talents.
- You have a structured way of sourcing which delivered you excellent results.
- Master in setting priorities and realistic deadlines.
- You have excellent influence skills needed for internal stakeholder management.
- Preferably experience with executive recruitment and job marketing campaigns.
- The ability to adapt to corporate transformation challenges.
- Strong personality who can say no when needed and can challenge things in a tactical way.
- Performance driven with a high focus on achieving success and results.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proactive behavior, you don’t wait for assignments.
- You always offer a solution for every problem or challenge.
- High language proficiency in German and English (spoken & written).
- Onsite presence required in our Bad Homburg office for max 2 days in a week.
