**Director of Production (w/m/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an die Geschäftsführung Operations und sind für die Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Produktion verantwortlich.
- Die effiziente und strukturierte Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge, die Organisation des Materialflusses sowie der Wareneingangskontrollen in der Fertigung gehören zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben. Hierfür stimmen Sie sich eng mit dem Einkauf, dem Lager, der Technologie sowie der Qualitätssicherung ab.
- In Absprache mit der Produktionsplanung und den Bereichsleitern koordinieren Sie die Kapazitätsplanung.
- Zusätzlich sorgen Sie für die Einhaltung der Liefertermine sowie der Qualitätsanforderungen und wirken im Reklamationsmanagement mit.
- Für die Optimierung und Fortentwicklung der Fertigung arbeiten Sie eng mit der Technologie zusammen.
- Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um die Durchsetzung und Kontrolle der Arbeits-, Sicherheits
- und Brandschutzbestimmungen.
- Sie wirken bei der Durchführung von internen Audits, sowie der anschließenden Umsetzung der Korrekturmaßnahmen mit und sie für die aufgabenbezogene Aus
- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter zuständig.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie haben eine technisch fundierte Aus
- und Weiterbildung (Techniker, Meister oder Studium) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Produktionstechnik erfolgreich absolviert.
- Zusätzlich bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern mit und haben bereits langjährige Erfahrung in einem technischen bzw. produzierenden Unternehmen sammeln können.
- Sie haben bereits mit einer gängigen ERP-Software vorzugsweise Microsoft Navision gearbeitet und beherrschen das Microsoft Office-Paket (vor allem Excel).
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Six Sigma, Erfahrung in Einführung & Anwendung von modernen Produktionssystemen, Umsetzung und Anwendung von Qualitätsstandards sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Führungskompetenz sowie umfangreiches technisches Verständnis und großes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Eine selbständige, kooperative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
