The Interconnector project represents a monumental leap forward in the energy sector. As the first direct power link between Germany and Great Britain, it transcends borders and harnesses cutting-edge technology to unite these two powerhouse nations' energy grids. This venture promises to reshape the European energy landscape, promoting greater sustainability, efficiency, and reliability in power transmission.

**Your Role**:
As a Client Representative on this pioneering project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring its success. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the bridge between our client and the project team, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and driving progress. You will be at the forefront of this transformative endeavor, making strategic decisions that will impact the energy infrastructure of two nations.

**Overview**
- Act as Client representative on site, and in particular make sure that the works are performed in accordance with company policies, including first and foremost Health & Safety requirements, with the support of the CTO and SHEQ's team
- Be the Clients Zero Harm Culture ambassador on site
- Be the clients prime representative towards the Project Service Consultant
- Be the clients prime representative towards the Contractors' teams
- Manage all Clients other subcontractors on site
- Manage relationships with local stakeholders in close relationship with the Deputy CEO for Germany
- Making sure conditions of easement agreements and land permits in Germany; and off shore permits in Germany and the Netherlands are discharged
- Propose all relevant initiatives in terms of communication towards stakeholders
- Participate in the monitoring plan of all EPC activities, in collaboration with the SHEQ Manager and the Project Service Contractor, so as to minimize risks of non-quality of the asset
- Advise the Deputy CEO Germany on all matters relating to local management
- Interface with the Isle of Grain Representative, to ensure consistence of NC's policies over both sites
- Report on a frequently and as much as is needed basis to the CTO
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
- Frequent interaction with all Clients management team, but more specifically the CTO, the SHEQ Manager and the Deputy CEO for Germany.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact between our client and the project team, establishing strong working relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- ** Project Oversight**: Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- ** Communication**: Foster transparent and effective communication channels between all stakeholders, ensuring that client needs and project requirements are understood and met.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, working collaboratively with the project team to find solutions that align with project goals.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high standard of quality throughout the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, Business, etc.)
- Proven experience in client relationship management or project management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of energy markets and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

**Language Skills**: German language skills essential to be considered for this position

**Location**: Wilhelmshaven (Minimum 3 days on site)

**Salary Package**: 110,000 euros + 150,000 euros per annum + Project Bonus
