As our Planning and Inventory Coordinator within the After Market Services team in EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global setup of our reverse logistics operations and setting us up for success.

GN has headquarters in Denmark, but offices all around the globe. As part of the After Market Services team in EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Aftermarket Services Manager and Team Lead for Inventory Coordination on a global level in APAC. Furthermore, you will become part of a truly international environment collaborating with colleagues and internal stakeholders in NA, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Inventory Management:- Lead inventory management efforts for regional inventories, conducting insightful root cause analysis for discrepancies.-
- Spearhead advanced Inventory Reconciliations for enhanced accuracy.-
- Ensure optimal inventory health by proactively monitoring aging and strategizing future setups.-
- Process Optimization and Leadership:- Drive initiatives for the clean-up of excess and obsolete stock, contributing to global efficiency.-
- Prepare and present KPI reporting, offering strategic insights and support to local management teams.-
- Take the lead in forecasting and planning, actively contributing to the evolution of global reverse logistics operations.-
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:- Play a key role in driving optimizations of processes and IT systems on a global scale.-
- Contribute significantly to strategic decisions and the shaping of the future setup for our global reverse logistics operations.This position will have approximately 15-20 travel days involved. This position also has the possibility to be remote.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you- A Bachelors degree from a relevant field-
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience-
- Proven experience in forecasting, planning and utilizing of WMS systems.-
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills fostering collaboration across diverse global teams.-
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create meaning out of large datasets-
- English at a business levelWe seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual. With strong organizational and communication skills, you will be adept at multitasking and driving positive change in a dynamic and challenging environment.
