**Your Job**
Our Molex team in Ettlingen is looking for a Shipping/Export Clerk (M/F/d) to strengthen our shipping team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with different teams internally and further develop your capabilities in the field of logistics.

**Our Team**

Our location in Ettlingen is a logistics center and you will become of our cooperative shipping team. You will find here a respectful working environment and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and further grow with us.

**What You Will Do**
- Preparing outbound shipments for dispatch via road, air and sea transport
- Preparation of all necessary shipping documents and request for customs documents
- Administrative processing and invoicing of all shipping orders
- Responsibility for the correct and punctual delivery in terms of quality and quantity and their provision at the respective pick-up times of the forwarding agents
- Disposition and control of the pick-up times of the forwarding agents

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Very good computer skills in using the Microsoft Office package (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Independent, self-reliant and reliable way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
- Affinity for numbers as well as economic way of thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Good knowledge of SAP-R3 in the MM module (Receiving Transactions module) would be an advantage
