**Was Du bei uns machst**:

- Im Team „Financial Planning & Forecasting“ bist Du für die Kommunikation, Optimierung und Neugestaltung der finanziellen Planung verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Ländern, Headquarter und dem Top-Management neue Planungsansätze, Prozessverbesserungen und Umsetzungspläne
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen neue Planungsanforderungen, leitest Lösungsmöglichkeiten ab und begleitest die technische Umsetzung
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und allen anderen Finanzabteilungen (u.a. Corporate Finance, Treasury und Sustainability) zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten Planung
- Du blickst über den Tellerrand hinaus und bringst neue Ansätze, Gedanken und Innovationen ein, die Du eigenständig umsetzt

Qualifikationen
**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL und bringst bereits > 5 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finance/Controlling & Planning, der Unternehmensberatung oder führenden Industrieunternehmen mit
- Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung von planungsrelevanten Projekten und Tools
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Excel und kennst Dich mit aktuellen Planungslösungen aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark in sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung gesammelt
- Du arbeitest gerne in Teams, motivierst Kollegen und besitzt ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber dem Top-Management
