- Your responsibility_
- Develops, defines and rolls out global Supply Chain standards
- Continuously assesses, further develops & optimizes the global SCM Operating Model and controls the Supply Chain business system (e.g., global tools, measures,...)
- Coordinates and leads global improvement measures / projects and introduces continuous improvement tools for the SC business system
- Defines clear and effective KPIs, targets and processes for Supply Chain operations and ensures compliance with established processes and practices
- Manages and oversees global planning processes and escalates global decision requirements _(if needed)_
- Has overarching accountability for global network design and implementation activities as well as advanced planning activities
- Your profile_
- Supply Chain know-how und experience of min. 10 years
- Experience in operational and strategic SCM in a manufacturing company
- Experience with implementing standardized ERP systems and Advanced Planning systems to support effective integrated planning processes (incl. SIOP)
- Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry is desired, but experience in an external industry, such as FMCG, is also acceptable
- Degree in business administration with focus on supply chain management or logistics or comparable qualification; APICS certification is an advantage
- Experience with change processes beneficial
