**Ihre aufgaben**:
**Governance, Risks & Controls**

Define, animate and control the operational risk management framework within the Branch by:

- Ensuring that operational risk management processes (instructions, guidelines) are deployed and applied locally
- Organizing cross-functional operational risk governance bodies at Branch level, covering with obligatory committees and contribute to EMEA operational risk governance bodies
- Responsible for analysis and identification, escalation and remediation of local operational risks and coordinate it with EMEA Risk Expert Team
- Ensuring the deployment of the Level 1 permanent control group system
- Providing BU/SU managers support and expertise on operational risk, and challenge them on their risk assessment and mitigants
- Coordinate, facilitate and supervise operational risk campaigns (RCSA, etc.)
- Be the primary correspondent in the Branch for 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense

**Data Protection &Crisis Management**

As Operational Risk Manager you will be involved in the resolution of any Data Breach that could arise in the branch. In time of crisis, you will facilitate the Crisis Management Team activation and decision making, you will be in charge of activation of Business Continuity solutions and ensuring the continuous coordination with the crisis team until the crisis is over.

**Information and Cyber Security**
Acting as CISO EMEA local correspondent the Operational Risk Management is in charge facilitating the following processes with the help of dedicated Cyber risk expert:

- Local deployment of Information Security instructions, guidelines, and solutions
- Covering security incident (cyber risks analysis, deployment of remediation plans

**Oversight of Outsourced & Offshored services (OES)**
Assist the OES risk expert in your team in the efficient risk control of external services through the following activities:

- Ensure that Outsourced Services management processes (instructions, guidelines) are deployed and applied locally.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee the pre-go live assessment of new Outsourcings and the regular operational monitoring and risk assessment review for the existing Outsourcings

**Business Continuity Management (BCM)**

Assist the BCM risk expert in your team to manage effectively Crisis and support the BCM framework through the following activities:

- Support BU/SU Managers in identifying, assessing and delivering their Business Continuity risks and plan risk mitigation actions
- Ensuring of an up-to-date BCP and creation of a Business Impact Analysis
- Coordinate, facilitate and supervise the testing of the solutions.

**Ihr profil**:
**Experience & Technical Skills**
- Master or Diploma degree, ideally in Business Administration or Finance
- Several years of experience in operational risk management in the banking industry, Internal audit or consulting, or in a 2nd or 3rd Line of defense.
- A relevant experience of management or leadership of people
- Experience in the field of Audit, Risk or Compliance is advantageous
- Fluency in both, German and English (written and orally) is required; French language skills would be advantageous
