**Your mission**:
We're seeking an experienced hands-on marketing executive, that is willing to take on a new challenge in the in the Web3 space. You will be responsible for creative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth. As our Chief Marketing Officer you are capable of adequately targeting traditional financial institutions as well as Web3 users.

Your role:

- Develop, execute and monitor all strategic and operative marketing campaigns at BLOCKSIZE.
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities. Fill up the sales pipeline for BLOCKSIZE’s sales team with outstanding marketing campaigns.
- Manage continued development and growth of overall branding strategy.
- Lead company's marketing capabilities: brand marketing, public relations, social media and performance marketing, marketing analytics and marketing operations.
- Monitor the key performance metrics and make real-time decisions.
- Support market research/new industry opportunities and adjusts marketing strategy to changing market and competitive conditions.
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
- Drive department innovation within desired KPI's and OKR's.

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on **marketing expansion**.
- Collaborative skills to accept and **incorporate ideas into strategies**.
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them, understanding of changing market dynamics.
- Outstanding **communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Result orientation, conceptual and **analytical thinking**.
- Collaborative by nature; willing to give and receive feedback.
- You have fun at doing your work and hence being good at it.
- ** Very good English skills** round off your profile.

Preferred:

- Prior team management experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, collegiality and a commitment.
- Understanding disciplines such as **digital assets, financial market**, **market data, issuance, trading** and **staking**.
