Join our 3E Team

Our Team is growing and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Expert located in Germany near to our office in Markdorf, Siegen or Frankfurt (hybrid position).

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

- Ability to analyze regulatory requirements (REACH; GHS/CLP) and compile technical specifications within the development process.
- Analyze and define regulatory requirements to be implemented in SDS Authoring Software (including testing) [transcribing regulatory requirements into technical write-ups for system development and ensuring the correct output.
- Participate in day-to-day regulatory research and analysis content enhancement, expansion, and/or maintenance; Provide customers/clients support (or providing regulatory support to various departments at 3E by channeling the inquiries to the relevant team members as well as making decisions in helping the team to formulate the regulatory analysis when the answer falls in the grey area or it requires further in-depth regulatory/legal analysis).
- Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

**Qualifications**:

- Chemistry background: Graduate in Chemical or Science; Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2+ years of SDS Authoring experience and/or (EHS) regulatory/ legal experience.
- 2+ years of experience in (SAP) EHS and/or S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Expertise using (SAP) SDS Authoring platform and/or defining regulatory requirements for SDS Authoring Software.
- 2+ Experience in (SAP) Product Development Process
- Excellent technical aptitude is required.
- Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and compile technical specifications within the development process.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (German language skill is highly preferred).
- Experience working both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent time management and self-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills.
