Summary
For the "Customer Services Eurofighter" department, we are looking for a "Forwarding Agent (f/m/d)" for our service team at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The "Customer Services Eurofighter" department is responsible for ensuring the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products as well as for the subsequent national and international customer support and product maintenance.
Your Tasks- Responsibility for the timely handling of material movements in the Eurofighter environment- Coordination and monitoring of national and international transports in the military environment- Contact person for project managers, customers, suppliers and partners- Preparation of shipping documents including customs documentation- Compliance with export control, aviation and military regulations (ITAR, EAR, ECCD)- Order and data maintenance in SAP (uSD and MM)- Creation of evaluations and compilation of the necessary data- Obtaining all necessary information for smooth international transportation
Your Profile- Completed training as a forwarding agent or similar- Professional experience in logistics / scheduling- Tried and tested know-how in handling national and international shipments- Ability to work in a team and compromise, assertiveness and initiative- High level of initiative and independent action- Business fluent German and English skills
