**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen im In
- und Ausland zu unseren Produkten.
- Mit Deinen Schulungen im internationalen Markt schaffst Du eine gute Basis im Umgang mit unseren Geräten.
- Das Erstellen von Prüfprogrammen anhand von Kundenparametern zur Fehleranalyse fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen der Entwicklungsabteilung und unserem weltweiten Vertrieb.
- Darüber hinaus kümmerst Du Dich um das Alpha
- und Betatesting unserer Machine Vision Produkte (Hard-, Soft
- und Firmware) und unterstützt so unseren Entwicklungsprozess maßgeblich.

**Dein Profil**:

- Mit Deiner technischen Ausbildung z. B. als Techniker/in in der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
- Mit Deiner aufgeschlossenen und freundlichen Art, sowie Deinem technischen Verständnis sorgst Du für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.
- C, C++ oder Python sind für Dich keine fremden Begriffe und Du hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte damit.
- Deine Neugier und Deine praktische Denkweise lassen Dich immer wieder neue Lösungen und Wege finden.
- Bei Deinen Reisen verständigst Du Dich mühelos in fließendem Englisch.
