Do you want to work for one of the world's leading jewelry brands and play an important role in continuing Pandora's success? Are you looking for an employer that will help you grow and be valued? Pandora is looking for an experienced Team Leader Warehouse (M/F/d) for our EMEA Distribution Center.

In this role you will lead an international team. It is not only important to us what you have done before, but that you fit in humanly and that organization and people management are your strengths.

You will be able to quickly and thoughtfully keep track of many items at the same time and ensure that returns to us are processed on time and in accordance with the process. Having a lot on your plate makes you happy, but you approach this challenge calmly and thoughtfully with a smile and are an absolute team player.

**YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily work processes and staffing needs.
- You take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews.
- You evaluate data to collect productivity as well as create reporting and collaborate with various internal departments. (e.g. Customer Relations.)
- You will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and processes within our systems.
- You will report directly to the Retail Support Manager and actively participate in the development and implementation of operational processes.

**PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have sound experience in the field of employee management.
- You have the ability to analyze problems, to understand details and correlations and to interpret facts in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are characterized by your ability to act and your focus on results. Thus, you are able to make and prioritize decisions even in complex situations and have a high level of commitment.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- With your communication and persuasive skills, you are able to shape discussion situations, actively approach others and radiate confidence and drive.
- Your willingness to change and self-reflection enable you to analyze successes as well as failures, to develop possibilities for improvement and to be positive towards change.
- You have very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel). Preferably you have knowledge of an ERP system.
- Our company language is English. Therefore, very good English skills as well as very good German skills are required.
- You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
