**Your tasks**:

- Collaboration of the M&A derivation in the corporate strategy
- Financial, strategic and legal evaluation of potential transactions
- Screening of the market for M&A options / target companies on the basis of search fields as well as on the basis of concrete acquisition options coming to the market
- Preparation of analyses and recommendations for the investment board
- Management and execution of specific M&A projects
- Management of negotiation teams as well as coaching of team members
- Support of post-merger integration teams
- Stakeholder management to ensure acceptance of all deliverables developed

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in economics or law or alternatively a specialized further education and several years of professional experience in the relevant environment
- Relevant professional experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction advisory or in a corporate M&A department
- Profound knowledge in business valuation and modeling of business cases and complex financial models
- Very good knowledge of the automotive industry
- Very good analytical skills (problem structuring, numerical understanding)
- Management communication and persuasion skills
- Negotiation skills and aptitude, intercultural competence as well as a high degree of initiative, motivation and flexibility
- Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
