Was erwartet dich?
- Du erarbeitest und implementierst je eine Strategie für PR und Social-Media und den dazugehörigen Content, inkl. der Erstellung von Kommunikationskonzepten sowie Redaktions
- und Social-Media-Plänen. Dazu zählt auch das Erstellen von Text-, Grafik
- und Videoinhalten für unsere Medienkanäle (Schwerpunkt LinkedIn, Xing).
- Beim Verfassen von Texten, Pressemitteilungen und Platzierung von Fachartikeln mit Hilfe externen Dienstleistern, fühlst du dich sehr wohl.
- Die Überwachung und Einhaltung des Brands in den internen als externen Materialien ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Außerdem beobachtest du den Wettbewerb und betreibst aktive Trendrecherche für die Social-Media-Kanäle
- Als Ansprechpartner für KollegInnen, inkl. Geschäftsleitung, bei Fragen rund um Social-Media berätst, schulst und supportest sie hilfsbereit und proaktiv.
Anforderungen
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftskommunikation, Medien
- / Kommunikationswissenschaften / PR oder Journalismus (o.Ä.) erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im IT-Technologie B2B Bereich.
- Als kreativer Kopf mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung, intern und extern, setzt du die richtigen Prioritäten und bringst deine praktischen Erfahrungen im operativen Social-Media-Management ein.
- Die Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Themen und komplexe Sachverhalte in zielgruppenorientierte, leicht verständliche Texte adäquat für verschiedene Kanäle und Formate zu übersetzen, findest du herausfordernd und spannend.
- Du bringst außerdem Erfahrung im Einsatz analytischer Instrumente zur Überwachung von Metriken und zur Bestimmung der Wirksamkeit und deren Optimierung mit; alle relevanten Tools der Unternehmens-Kommunikation offline wie online, einschließlich Social Media.
- Dein Profil wird durch hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift abgerundet.
