Das erlebst du bei uns
- Durchführung von Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA)
- Führung eines Teams von Consultants, einschließlich Coaching, Mentoring und Leistungsmanagement
- Beratung unserer Kunden zu Umwelt
- und Sozialthemen sowie Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen, die ihren Bedürfnissen und Zielen entsprechen
- Durchführung von Umwelt
- und Sozialaudits sowie Bewertung der Compliance mit relevanten Standards, Gesetzen und Best Practices
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Umwelt
- und Sozialmanagementplänen, einschließlich der Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Fortschritte
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Social Impact Assessments
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen und das Geschäft zu erweitern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um eine ganzheitliche und integrative Beratung zu gewährleisten
Was dich besonders macht
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Sozialwissenschaften, Umweltmanagement, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Bereich Umwelt
- und Sozialmanagement, Social Performance und/oder Human Rights
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Umwelt
- und Sozialstandards sowie der Erstellung von Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA)
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv unter Druck zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Business Development und in der Kundenakquise, idealerweise im Bereich Beratung oder Dienstleistungen für soziale Auswirkungen
- Du hast Lust, innerhalb Deutschlands auf Reisen zu gehen
