**Your mission during this flight**:
As Certifying Staff you are part of the Quality Assurance Team at DG Flugzeugbau. You will drive the Quality Assurance and support the development of this team using experience and hands on mentality.
- Sicherstellung aller notwendigen Prüfungen innerhalb des genehmigten Herstellungsbetriebes (POA).
- Erstellung von Freigabebescheinigungen gemäß luftrechtlichen Vorgaben für Fluggeräte, sowie Bau
- und Ausrüstungsteile.
- Erstellung von Freigabebescheinigungen für Ersatzteile.
- Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen an sicherheitsrelevanten Bauteilen.
- Erstellung von Non-Conformity-Requests (NCR) bei nichtkonformen Bauteilen und den resultierenden Korrekturmaßnahmen.

Qualifikationen
**Check in your professional skills**:

- EASA Teil 66 Lizenz notwendig, bevorzugt Kategorie L.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Herstellung und/oder Wartung von Faserverbundflugzeugen.
- Ausbildung im luftfahrtechnischen Bereich (Leichtflugzeugbau/Fluggerätemechanik) oder ähnliches Berufsbild.
- Gute Deutsch
- /Englischkenntnisse.

**Preferred skills**:

- Erfahrung als freigabeberechtigtes Personal (CS) und Freigabebescheinigungen (Form 1, Form 52).
- Erfahrung in qualitätsrelevanten Prüfungen (Stückprüfung, Abnahmeprüfung, Wareneingang).
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit nichtkonformem Bau und Ausrüstungsteilen.
