Zum Ausbau unseres Teams Profit & Controlling Excellence suchen wir Dich als **Berater (m/w/d) im Bereich Business Performance Improvement**

- Erarbeitung von Handlungsfeldern zur Steigerung der Performance im Gesamtunternehmen
- Weiterentwicklung des Controlling

Was Du mitbringst:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Fachrichtung Finance/Controlling
- Interesse an komplexen Fragestellungen der Performancesteigerung in den direkten und indirekten Unternehmensfunktionen
- Freude an der Weiterentwicklung des Controlling
- und Finanzbereiches durch die Anwendung, Entwicklung und Implementierung passgenauer Lösungen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling eines Unternehmens (z.B. Praktika)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
- Kreativität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungswille sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office (insb. MS Excel und MS PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C2-Level), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
