**Ihre Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Assistenz des Direktors Controlling Aftermarket und des Head of Strategy (Vorbereiten von Präsentationen, Berichten, Reporting, Termin
- und Reiseplanung, Besprechungsprotokolle, Follow-up von Aufgaben etc.)
- Reisemanagement: Hotel-/Flugplanung, Reiseabrechnung, VISA Abwicklung
- Zeitbeauftragte/r und Zeiterfassung in der Abteilung Controlling Aftermarket
- Büroorganisation (Postverteilung, Unterschriftenmappen,etc.)
- Zentrale Verwaltung und Bestellung von Büromaterial
- Allgemeine Assistenz/Organisation bei Lieferantenbesuchen/Besprechungen

**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Stärken**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Lotus Notes sowie SAP R3
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Motivation zur Einarbeitung in neue Aufgabenfelder
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
