You will have an opportunity to actively participate in the structuring and execution of large-scale complex transactions and gain first-hand corporate and investment banking experience at a major European Bank.**What you'll be doing**:

- Perform cash flow model analysis and develop financial model sensitivities
- Review and analyse Due Diligence material (incl. financial, technical, environmental, legal, and market)

You also match with the following requirements:
- You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
- Preferably prior experience in investment banking, ideally in Project Finance, or alternatively in Structured /Leveraged / Finance
- Special knowledge and reliability according to - 87 (2) WpHG (2. FiMANoG) and - 1a and - 6 WpHGMaAnzV
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality
- Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners
- Willing to accept and master new challenges regularly
- Hard-working and motivated to "make a difference"
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, corporate finance & accounting skills
- Knowledge of Bloomberg / S&P CapitalIQ / FactSet / Mergermarket / et al.
- Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluent English skills plus preferably one additional European language (e.g French)
