- Ihre Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten- Selbständige Definition und Durchführung von Audits der Cybersecurity-Management und Software Update Management System innerhalb der MAHLE Organisationseinheiten
- Durchführung von Assessment der Cybersecurity-Fähigkeiten von Produktentwicklungsprojekten
- Planung, Koordination, Monitoring und Reporting von MAHLE Audits und Quality Assessments
- Analyse der Cybersecurity und Software Update Prozesse auf Einhaltung der gängigen Prozessnormen ISO/SAE 21434 und ISO 24089
- Evaluierung des Implementationsfortschritts in Cybersecurityprojekten entsprechend des Assessmentmodell Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity
- Monitoring der Verbesserungen entsprechend der definierten Aktionspläne als Resultat von Assessments und Audits
- Compliance Monitoring der Organisation entsprechend den MAHLE Cybersecurity Policies und Reporting von Abweichungen
- Unterstützung des Lessons Learned Prozesses im Bereich Cybersecurity
- Teilnahme an extern durchgeführten Assessments und Audits zur Sicherstellung der unabhängigen Auditierungsmechanismen
- Ihre Fähigkeiten und Stärken- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Elektronik/Elektrotechnik oder Telekommunikation
- Zertifizierung als Cybersecurity Engineering Professional, Cybersecurity Auditor oder Cybersecurity Assessor wünschenswert
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung softwaregetriebener Systeme
- Erfahrung in Cybersecurity Audits und/oder Qualitätsprüfungsverfahren erforderlich
- Breites Wissen in Cybersecurity Methoden und -Lösungen erforderlich
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit den einschlägigen Cybersecurity Anforderungen und Standards wie UN ECE R155 und R156
- Erfahrung in gängigen Automotive-Normen wie Automotive SPICE und ISO26262
- Wissen und Erfahrung im Bereich modellbasierter Entwicklung, ALM, SysML, UML und den entsprechenden Tools
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Moderations
- und Führungsqualitäten sowie eine effektive Kommunikation
- Hohe Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe, vielschichtige Lösungen zu erarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
