Als **Head of People Communication** (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Kommunikationsstrategie, die das Engagement und die Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeiter fördert.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**
- Du leitest die interne Kommunikation und stellst sicher, dass Informationen transparent, zeitnah und zielgerichtet an die Mitarbeiter kommuniziert werden
- Du stellst eine konsistente Markenbotschaft sicher und entwickelst unsere Employer Branding-Strategie weiter
- Du verfasst interne und externe Kommunikationsmaterialien und veröffentlichst diese medienübergreifend über alle relevanten Kommunikationskanäle
- Du analysierst die Sichtbarkeit, Verbreitung und Resonanz von Botschaften und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte zur Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand

**Das bringst du mit**
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation/Marketing in einem Medienunternehmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, klare und präzise Texte auf Basis eines definierten Briefings zu erstellen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Zielgruppen und Kommunikationskanäle
- Redaktionelle Kompetenz, Kreativität, Stilsicherheit und

- Du weißt genau, wie man Kommunikation zielgruppen
- und mediengerecht (Text, Bild, Video) für diverse Kanäle aufbereitet
