- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Als Project Portfolio Planner (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Erstellung eines transparenten Überblickes über alle Industrial Projekte zuständig
- Außerdem übernehmen Sie die kontinuierliche Kontrolle, Anpassung und Optimierung des Projektportfolios
- Um die Verfügbarkeit der Industrial Ressourcen für Projekte darzustellen, erarbeiten Sie einen Ressourcen Kapazitätsplan und einen Ressourcen Forecast
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Controlling des Projektportfolios, wo Sie regelmäßig Analysen der Industrial Projekte im Hinblick auf Zeit, Kosten, Qualität, Ressourcen und Budget durchführen
- Die Koordination aller Projekt Charter, Änderungsanforderungen, Projektstatus
- und Projektabschlussberichte sowie die Sicherstellung der formalen Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Durch Ihr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder des Ingenieurwesens haben Sie das benötigte Handwerkszeug
- Sie können auf erste Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im Projektmanagement, zurückgreifen
- Ihre sehr guten MS Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen mit MS-Project, helfen Ihnen in Ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Ihr verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie Ihre Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab
