**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
Your role as an **INTERN (f/m/d)** in the field of* EVENT MANAGEMENT - HOSPITALITY *will be to support of the team in the organizational preparation, follow-up and implementation of hospitality-related activities. In close coordination with the respective project managers and teams, you will work independently on a wide variety of tasks to ensure that the events run smoothly. You will be part of a passionate and experienced team that organizes unforgettable experiences for our customers.
In this role you will actively

Offer* administrative support to our event managers in day-to-day business.
- **Support** the team during event conception, planning and execution.
- **Support** in the area of budget planning and monitoring.
- **Communicate** with clients and external suppliers.
- **Conduct** activities and implementation of new ideas.
- **Create **presentations.
- **Manage** inventory of costumer-related event materials.
- **Act** unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique.

Enrolled.* You are an enrolled student in the fields of event marketing, marketing, event management, hospitality, hotel management (Hotelfachfrau/fachmann) or economics ideally with the focus on marketing.
