weitere Niederlassungen in Deutschland, China, den USA, Südafrika und Mexico.

Als **Head of Competence Center Material & Part Testing (m/w/d)** am Standort Mönchengladbach übernimmst Du die Leitung eines der vier
Competence Center der imat-uve GmbH. In dieser Position entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team aus erfahrenen Projektleitern und
Fachspezialisten das Geschäftsfeld der technischen Beratung weiter. In Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachabteilungen
identifizierst Du geeignete Kunden und Märkte und erarbeitest eigenverantwortlich die Strategie zum Aufbau der Abteilung. Hierfür kannst Du
auf mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der technischen Beratung, jeweils in der Automobilindustrie, zurückblicken.
Darüber hinaus bist Du interner & externer Impulsgeber durch regelmäßige Fachvorträge, Webinare & Workshops.

**Das beinhaltet**:

- Führung eines Teams von Projektleitern und Fachspezialisten mit Fokus auf prüfungsnahe Beratung
- Multiprojektmanagement (OEMs und Zulieferer)
- Moderation von Workshops, Durchführung von Seminaren und Webinaren sowie Teilnahme als Referent auf Fachmessen.
- Koordination des imat-internen Kompetenzaufbaus im Bereich Material & Part Testing

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer, naturwissenschaftlicher oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der automobilen Validierung, z.B. im Laborbetrieb, im Vertrieb oder in der technischen

Beratung. Kenntnisse der automobilen Produktionsprozesse, erste Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit asiatischen
Kunden sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit Stakeholdern.
- Vertriebsaffinität, Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie sympathisches & parkettsicheres Auftreten.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie fehlerfreies Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen.
