**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
- Sie werden eng mit dem Regional Vice President für die Region Middle
- und Eastern Europe (MEE) zusammenarbeiten, indem Sie administrative Aufgaben übernehmen und dabei helfen, neue operative Prozesse für das Team einzuführen und zu überwachen, während es wächst und sich weiter auf die „Consumption“ konzentriert.
- Wichtige operative Aufgaben sind die Erstellung zweiwöchentlicher / monatlicher Berichte für die Prognose verschiedener Key Performance Indicators (Forecast), die Bereitstellung analytischer Einblicke in die Daten sowie die Vorbereitung für monatliche und vierteljährliche Auszeichnungen und Erfolgsmitteilungen (interne E-Mail-Newsletter).
- Wir definieren Erfolg durch die zunehmende Nutzung unserer Plattformservices durch unsere Kunden (Consumption / Verbrauch). Der Bereich Business Technology Platform (BTP) ist der erste in SAP, der mit der Umstellung auf die Nutzung von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) auf Basis der „Consumption“ begonnen hat. Im Jahr 2023 werden wir das Wissen über den Verbrauch als Hauptkennzahl des Erfolgs weiter vorantreiben, indem wir die Kommunikation verbessern und einen klaren Fokus setzen. Ihre Arbeit ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, da sie die Grundlage für Erwartungen und Berechnungen zur Zielerreichung sowie für die Kommunikation über den Erfolg bietet.

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik
- Computer Skills: MS Office (insbesondere Excel) ist ein Muss
- Sprachen: Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch als Plus
- Sie haben großes Interesse an cloudbasierten Lösungen.
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und sind an der Nachverfolgung und Berichterstellung zu wichtigen Erfolgskennzahlen interessiert.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete verbale und nonverbale Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sie sind an einem Verständnis der Technologiedomänen Integration, Anwendungen, Daten, Infrastruktur und Sicherheit interessiert.
- Sie haben eine Service-orientierte Denkweise und bringen Empathie für den (internen) Kunden.
- Sie haben Freude am Lösen von Problemen.

Die SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ist die Engine für Innovationen durch Integrations-, Erweiterungs
- und Analyseszenarios im intelligenten Unternehmens. SAP-BTP-Customer-Success-Partner (CSPs) arbeiten mit modernsten und innovativsten SAP-Lösungen zusammen und beraten die strategisch wichtigsten Kunden der SAP.
Die BTP-CSP-Rolle ist verantwortlich für den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu technischen Entscheidungsträgern in ihren zugewiesenen Accounts, um eine breite Nutzung des Portfolios sowohl innerhalb von Anwendungsprojekten als auch über Anwendungsprojekte hinweg durch „Technical Advisory“ sicherzustellen.
