- und Mid-Cap Bereich fokussiert und deckt unterschiedliche Sektoren ab. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die erstklassigen und langfristigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sowie ein ausgesprochen gutes und familiäres Arbeitsklima.

Als Director begleitest und verantwortest Du M&A-Prozesse vom Pitch bis zum Closing und arbeitest zusammen mit deinem Team und dem globalen Netzwerk an abwechslungsreichen Projekten in verschiedenen Sektoren und Regionen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Aktive Mitarbeit in allen Phasen von komplexen M&A-Prozessen und Transaktionsfinanzierungen
- Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen, finanziellen Modellen, Bewertungen und Informationsmemoranden
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei laufenden Mandaten und Pitches
- Vorbereitung von Unternehmens
- und Branchenrecherchen
- Erstellung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs
- und Branchenanalysen für potenzielle Übernahmeziele und Käufer
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Veranstaltungen, Origination und anderen Vorgängen

**Dein Profil**:

- Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche mit soliden Kenntnissen in M&A
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau
- Teamorientiert und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Logische Denkweise und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und Research-Datenbanken
- Selbstmotiviert und proaktiv, mit der Fähigkeit, auch unabhängig zu arbeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung oder Interesse für einen der Sektoren: Automotive, Business Services, Chemie, E-Commerce oder Retail
- Idealerweise bestehendes Netzwerk
