HR Generalist

**Motec **is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty camera systems and specializes in the development and production of camera-based driver assistance systems (ADAS) for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery. We are a medium-sized German company with nearly 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rugged, reliable cameras and mobile electronics. Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a dedicated full-time HR Generalist (M/F/d).

**Your job with us?**
- You are responsible for advising and supporting specialists and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- You control and implement all HR-relevant topics in the operative day-to-day business - e.g. support of the time recording system, certificate and contract management, taking into account the labour, social and tax regulations as well as the valid company agreements and guidelines.
- You support the preparation of payroll
- You plan and organise personnel development measures, such as the Motec Academy and further training courses.
- You proactively promote changes and further development of HR processes.

**Your skills?**
- Completed commercial vocational training with appropriate further training or a business studies degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained appropriate professional experience in a comparable position and have experience in employee support (m,f,d) as well as in personnel recruiting
- Hands-on mentality, a high degree of teamwork and strong organisational skills
- Experienced in the use of MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken English
