**Your mission**:

- Suggest and pick a collection of tools and technologies to solve customer problems, overcome technical hurdles, and ensure stability and maintainability
- Lead a team of motivated engineers and manage the operations to reliably deliver high-quality software
- Recruit new talent to grow our team of talented hackers and to establish a high-performing development organization
- Shape and refine the strategic pillars of the technological advancement of the product together with the founding team
- Take technical ownership by making pragmatic and efficient decisions about frameworks, tools, data models, design aspects, and scalability to balance speed and quality
- Spread an engineering culture of quality, innovation, and ambition across the organization
- Be a trailblazer and spearhead for architectural decisions and new feature implementations for the team to follow

**Your profile**:

- You have +8 yrs of experience in B2B SaaS
- You have led a team of engineers before and have the ambition to shape a high-performance prodcut development environment
- You have a playful interest in latest technology trends while bringing solid fundamentals of a functioning B2B SaaS cloud stack to the table
- You are a builder / hacker at heart and enjoy getting hands-on yourself
- You are able to make tradeoff decisions and understand to make sensible choices that fit the current phase of the company
- You have a solid full-stack understanding and deeper knowledge of specific components of a B2B SaaS solution, i.e. DBs, front-end, backend, CICD, infrastructure, and security
