**Your mission**:

- Developing and documenting all relevant F&A data, processes, and workflows for Cofinity-X and ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the internal control system
- Acting as the contact point to the appointed external F&A, tax, and payroll service provider and ensuring a smooth and accurate end-to-end process
- Being responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Developing, documenting, updating, and ensuring compliance with all F&A, tax, and payroll processes, setting up an internal control system, and communicating it adequately within Cofinity-X
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as ad-hoc reports to review and analyze the "financial health of Cofinity-X," including variance reports, and initiating actions where needed
- Preparing forecasts of the required financial data/KPIs and analyzing deviations to budget/business case and initiating remediating actions, where needed
- Owning the company's budget management and investment processes, as well as the existing business case and its adequate updates
- Driving the initial set-up of the ERP system and leading the needed improvement projects
- Being responsible for projects to ensure a lean set-up and profitable and efficient processes

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration with focus on accounting, auditing or taxes or comparable education
- Deep and detailled understanding (more than 5-7 years) of accounting rules and principles according to HGB and IFRS
- Professional experience of appr. 3-5 years in a tax law and/or auditing related role incl. experience in a European environment
- Min. 5 years hands-on experience in management controlling (ideally set an ERP system up from scratch before and be willing to do that again for Cofinity-X)
- Very good German and English language skills
- Very strong analytical mindset
- Able to work with DATEV (DUO) & an adequate ERP system (which you will set-up from scratch)
