The scope of the role is being responsible for different payment solutions (PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna and Bank Payments), taking care of payment terms in E-Commerce and staying in close contact with retailers, sales organization and customer service.
The position will be office-based in **Sindelfingen, Germany.**

**Main responsibilities**:
- Maintain customer data in ERP System (M3) and in the CRM system (SF) to assure 100% accuracy
- Booking of incoming payments (daily) and archiving them digitally
- Support Fraud & Chargeback related administration
- Account receivables clarification with CS/IT/E-commerce teams for differences and follow up with balancing
- Integration of new payment solutions
- Processing refunds and customer requests
- Reconciliation bank statements monthly
- Processing of blocked orders according to the credit policy
- Create dunning run and preparation of interest bills
- Close cooperation with the sales team
- Support local retailer accounts
**Background & Competence**:
- University degree or academic qualification in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Finance
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Strong PC user experience and MS Excel skills
- SQL and O2C process experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, flexible and autonomous, comfortable in fast changing/growing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
