**Responsibilities**:

- Providing basic care to residents
- Planning and executing nursing measures
- Administering medical treatments, including medication and injections
- Documenting nursing activities electronically
- Caring for residents' needs and well-being
- Offering advice and support to residents' families

**Requirements**:

- Minimum B1 German language certificate (Goethe, ÖSD, Telc)
- Work experience of up to 3 years
- Residency in Germany or willingness to relocate
- Interest in elderly care and a positive attitude toward working with seniors
- Open-minded and outgoing personality
- Age between 35 and 42 years (visa restrictions apply)
- Completion of two Covid-19 vaccinations with an EU-approved vaccine
- Additional booster vaccination recommended within specified timeframes

**Compensation and Career Path**:

- Assistant Nurses will undergo the job recognition process and German language certification up to level B2 during their employment. Upon successful completion, they will transition to the role of a regular Nurse, with increased responsibilities and higher compensation
