**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**
- Eigenverantwortliches Active Sourcing für unsere offenen Positionen bundesweit
- Aktive Kandidatensuche, Identifizieren passender Profile, individuelle Direktansprache und Begeisterung von Talenten
- Professionelle Vorauswahl von Kandidaten und Weiterleiten aller Unterlagen an die Niederlassungen
- Entwickeln von erfolgreichen Strategien für die Suche, Ansprache und Bindung von Talenten
- Identifizieren und Nutzen vielversprechender, neuer Active Sourcing Kanäle und Quellen

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Active Sourcing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse sourcing-relevanter Instrumente (z. B. Xing, LinkedIn)
- Ausgeprägte Stärke in Kommunikation und Beziehungsmanagement
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld und zeigst Einsatzwillen Deinen Beitrag zum Teamerfolg zu leisten.
- Mit Deiner Begeisterungsfähigkeit trägst Du zu unserem Teamspirit bei und identifizierst Kandidat*innen für Projekte unserer Kunden.
