**Marketing & Communications Associate (f/m/d)**
**in full time, located in our Munich office - duration from now till end of March 2025**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

**What you will do**
- You will support the team in concepting and executing the German marketing & PR strategy
- You will support the team in keeping relationships with key press titles, publishers, KOLs, influencer networks and talent agencies, working closely with the existing Press & PR communication agency in Munich & the head of PR based in Paris.
- You will brainstorm & bring innovative, elevated, inclusive, diverse & modern ideas in the region to increase brand awareness & desirability with relevant and identified communities
- You will be responsible for day-to-day PR requests such as sample coordination & trafficking, editorial requests, celebrity dressing and organization, seeding list management
- You will be responsible for daily news consolidation and monthly coverage recaps
- You will assist further developing and scouting the network of influencer, talents & celebrity with a German style relevance, supporting the brand with an authentic approach that will drive brand awareness and desirability throughout the German market.
- You will monitor competition closely in the region and have a full knowledge and understanding of the fashion & luxury competitor landscape.
- You will support the team with market research and analysis You will support the team with event planning and execution

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

**Who you are**
- You have an academic education with at least Bachelor’s degree and maximum 2 years work experience with ideally lifestyle /fashion brands.
- You have strong affinity for the fashion & lifestyle industry and interest and expertise in press-and influencer relations, that you can leverage via this role.
- You should have a proven track record of project management and delivering best in class results, project executions in the given time.
- You are a creative thinker and you have high verbal and written communication skills in German and English with ability to clearly articulate strategies and goals.
- You are a team player and you enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and be passionate about understanding consumer needs and trends across multiple markets.
