The Energy Business Unit (BU) Marketing Team is a dynamic and diverse team seated in seven different countries and representing ten cultures. We’re looking for a new team member to contribute to our business growth in the renewables, power utilities and industrial vertical segments. **Position Overview**:
Are you ready to take on a thrilling role as a Marketing Project Specialist? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our newly acquired Smart Grid business within the Energy BU. As the Marketing Project Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs across all media. **Responsibilities**:
- **Craft and Execute a Global Marketing Strategy**: You will be at the forefront of creating and executing a global marketing strategy for our cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions. Your expertise will resonate with diverse local markets and media platforms to boost brand awareness, drive demand, and empower sales. Get ready to make a global impact
- **Integrate Smart Grid Portfolio**: Be the driving force behind integrating our Smart Grid Business portfolio into our company. Collaborate closely with product management to develop sales enablement tools and promote them across multiple media channels. Your strategic approach will ensure the seamless integration of our innovative solutions.
- **Develop Impactful Go-to-Market Strategies**: Put your creative genius to work Develop impactful go-to-market strategies and tools to launch and promote key product ranges across various media platforms. Your captivating campaigns will leave a lasting impression on our target audience.
- **Collaborate as a Trusted Consultant**:As a trusted consultant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution. Your expertise will guide and inspire these teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to our marketing initiatives.
- **Oversee Captivating Marketing Materials**:You will oversee creative agencies to produce captivating online and offline marketing materials aligned with our guidelines. Get ready to bring our brand to life through eye-catching visuals and compelling messaging.
- **Track Performance and Optimize Campaigns**: Numbers don't lie Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to enhance messaging and campaigns for optimal results. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement.
- **Create Impactful Trade Show Experiences**: Ensure that our smart grid topics shine at trade shows through eye-catching displays, materials, and comprehensive post-event reporting. Your attention to detail and dedication to creating memorable experiences will set us apart from the competition.
- **Lead and Support Marketing Projects**: Step up and lead various marketing projects within the Energy BU or across different business units. Your versatility and ability to adapt will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**What your background should look like**:
- **Bilingual Excellence**:Fluent in English and German (at least C1 level), your language proficiency will open doors to global opportunities.
- **Extensive Experience**: With 3 to 5 years of integrated marketing and campaign experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Show us your proven track record of impactful campaigns across various marketing channels.
- **Project Management**: We need someone with exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects with flawless execution. Your ability to keep everything on track will be invaluable.
- **Education Matters**:Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications. Your educational background will provide a solid foundation for your marketing expertise.
