OTTO Advertising ist eine der drei strategischen Säulen des neuen Geschäftsmodells der Plattform OTTO. Die Werbevermarktung ist von strategischer Bedeutung für den Unternehmenserfolg. Unsere Kund*innen sind Werbetreibende und Media-Agenturen sowie Retail Agenturen. Retail Media verstehen wir als eine der wichtigsten Online-Media-Trends. Wir bieten Werbetreibenden und Agenturen Full-Funnel-Lösungen und nutzen unsere Daten und Insights, um Zielgruppen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, am richtigen Ort und mit der richtigen Botschaft zu erreichen. - und Offsite im Managed
- und Self -Service an, um unsere Partner bestmöglich bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele zu unterstützen.
Im Team Sales Excellence entwickeln wir gemeinsam mit unseren Sales-Teams Strategien, um neue Kund*innen zu gewinnen und den Umsatz zu steigern. Wir analysieren den Markt, identifizieren potenzielle Kund*innen und unterstützen bei der professionellen Vorbereitung von Verkaufsgesprächen, um unseren Kun*innen stets optimale Lösungen anzubieten. Zudem arbeiten wir eng mit Schnittstellen wie z. B. der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um Vermarktungsstrategien zu entwickeln und insgesamt die Marke OTTO Advertising zu stärken.
Viele sprechen von „Homeoffice“ - wir von „Mobile Work“: Unsere Teams entscheiden für sich, welches Gleichgewicht aus mobilem Arbeiten und Präsenszeiten vor Ort für sie sinnvoll ist. Wir haben uns für den Dienstag als festen Campus Tag entschieden und die meisten nehmen sich noch den Mittwoch hinzu.
- Dein Impact- Du entwickelst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales-Teams Strategien und vertriebliche Unterlagen für unsere Werbetreibenden und Business Partner.
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit den in den Branchen aktiven Sales Managern auf der Grundlage von Markt
- und Branchenrecherchen Pitch-Strategien und Sales Narrative.
- Du unterstützt das Sales-Team in der Durchführung und Abwicklung der Angebotsprozesse für große Accounts.
- Du planst und steuerst Vertriebsaktionen von der Auswahl der Kunden bis zur inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung der Maßnahmen.
- Du stellst die Messbarkeit der Ziele sicher und erstellst regelmäßig Reports.

- Dein ProfilMust-have:
- Erfahrung im vertrieblichen Umfeld, Business Partner Betreuung und Beratung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrungen in der Erstellung von Vertriebsstrategien und -unterlagen im B2B mit guten Kenntnissen über die Media Branche
- Innovatives, analytisches Denken und engagiertes Treiben von Aufgaben und Projekten
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Media Branche
- Sprachniveau: Deutsch C1 (Fachkundige Sprachverwendung) und Englisch B2 (Selbstständige Sprachverwendung)
