Tasks
- Lead all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Provide advice and support to our leaders and teams on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all labor law regulations.
- Promote a strong company culture that values diversity and inclusion.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a management role within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expert knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement visionary HR initiatives.
