**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellen des technischen Aufsatzes neuer

Fonds in verschiedenen Systemen der Bank

(rechtliche und Marketingunterlagen hinterlegen,

Wertpapierkennnummer, Zielmarktdaten und

Einstandspreise erfassen lassen, Dokumente für

die elektronische Signatur vorbereiten lassen)
- Qualifizierung der Anleger nach Maßgabe des

Kapitalanlagegesetzbuches (Vorbereitung der

zugehörigen Unterlagen und Durchführung der

Prüfungen) und Unterstützung bei der

Zeichnungsbearbeitung
- Dokumentenvorbereitung (technische Daten,

Legitimierungsunterlagen, interne

vertriebsunterstützende Unterlagen) und
- austausch mit der

Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, dem Custodian

und Transferagent sowie internen Einheiten der

Bank (u.a. Legal, Compliance, Risk,

Qualitätsmanagement)
- Führen der internen Marketingaktivitäten

(Durchführen von Absatzprognosen,

Organisation von internen und externen

Marketingevents gemeinsam mit der

Eventabteilung, Intranet) und insbesondere

Organisation der physischen oder virtuellen

Roadshows (Koordination Referentenverträge,

Reiseorganisation, Erstellen von

Einladungstemplates, Budgetkoordination,

Organisation der Studiotermine und -technik,

Kostenverhandlungen)
- Organisation von Meetings, Offsites und

Dienstreisen
- Projekthafte Aufgaben wie die vertragliche und

technische Anbindung von Datenbanken
- Pflege interner Kommunikationsplattformen
- Abzeichnung von Rechnungen

**Ihr Profil**

Bankausbildung mit mind. 2-3 Jahren
Berufserfahrung im Finanzsektor
