**Your Tasks**:

- Represent Packaging Development Health Care in international development and launch/relaunch projects, developing new packaging systems and optimizing existing solutions for Medical Devices
- Leverage our innovative strengths and drive for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs
- Work together with our production center and our packaging suppliers for identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimization (functionality, costs, quality, efficiency)
- Steer research and prototyping activities and help to identify opportunities for our future product portfolio
- Conduct verification activities and supporting packaging tests in our laboratory in the frame of Compliance Documentation for Medical Devices
- Track the market and the competition, share your findings in your work and with the team

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in natural sciences or engineering
- Ideally working in a similar position, but also Juniors with a minimum initial experience of packaging (gained through extended internships, for example)
- A proven track record in project and process management
- A sure command of moderation and presentation techniques
- Excellent team working abilities and strong communications skills
- Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage
