**Aufgaben**:

- Sie verantworten in der Sprecherfunktion die Repräsentation der Unternehmensgruppe gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit
- Sie steuern die Konzeption, Umsetzung und das Monitoring der strategischen Schwerpunktthemen auf Gruppenebene
- Sie entwickeln eine Kommunikationsstrategie zur Vermittlung von Technologie, Innovations
- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und tragen die inhaltliche Verantwortung für diese Themen in externen wie internen Publikationen
- Sie verfassen Pressetexte, Reden und Sprachregelungen (z.B. ad-hoc-pflichtige Vorgänge, gruppenstrategische Themen, Finanzthemen etc.) und sind für die inhaltliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Interviews, Hintergrundgesprächen sowie Pressekonferenzen zuständig
- Sie steuern den Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu den relevanten Fachmedien und Technikredaktionen sowie der relevanten Online-Community
- Sie konzipieren und organisieren externe Events mit Medienrelevanz (z.B. Bilanzpressekonferenz, Journalistentreffs, Media Days, Hauptversammlung etc.)
- Sie bilden das Bindeglied zwischen Externer, Interner, Digitaler und operativer Kommunikation, um die Abstimmung der redaktionellen Strategie, der Themenschwerpunkte und gemeinsamer Plattformen voranzutreiben

**Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. Kommunikationswissenschaften/ Journalismus oder vergleichbarer Geisteswissenschaften
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Externen Kommunikation (insbesondere Presse-und Medienberichterstattung) einer vergleichbaren Gruppe
- Sie besitzen langjährige Erfahrung im Verfassen von Reden und Pressetexten etc.
- Sie haben ein breites Verständnis von unterschiedlichen Geschäftsmodellen, technologischen Trends und industriellen Zusammenhängen.
- Sie sind ein Treiber unternehmerischen Wandels und Führung von Teams in sich ständig verändernden Märkten
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen und mit anderen Zentralfunktionen
- Sie verstehen und respektieren kulturelle Unterschiede und setzen diese in geeignete Kommunikationsmaßnahmen um
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten und Teams in Matrixorganisationen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
