The role of the UX Lead is the key leadership role in digital product design across all digital product areas/Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The position's responsibilities can be summarized as the end-2-end ownership of the digital product design for all global digital solutions that are farmer and dealer facing, creating wireframes based on business requirement and ensuring the end-2-end experience of farmers and dealers is best in class.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead the User Experience from the conception to the completion, i.e. leading all design activities for digital solutions for farmers and dealers with the goal to ceat seamless and best-in-class digital solution designs
- Creating a Global design library for all digital farmer and dealer facing solutions
- Creating end-to-end journeys across different digital solutions
- Manage external stakeholders and developers to achieve an overarching seamless product design
- Establish a farmer focused user experience mindset within and outside of ONE Digital
- Being a thought leader and bringing latest knowledge and best practices of UX Design into our digital product development

**What You Will Bring**
- Expert knowledge in leading UX teams on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment, as well as in UX, UI and design thinking
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of digital solutions and business management
- Ability to synthesize complex topics into meaningful information and prepare materials appropriate for senior level communications.
- A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in industrial design or similar qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in product user experience paired with at least 2 years of leadership experience in an intercultural team
- Language skills : English fluently (C2), additional languages appreciated
- Willingness to travel occasionally on business

- A proven track record in user experience combined with agile project management
