Vista Aircraft Maintenance Baden Baden is now looking for an Administrator Warranty and Claims to join their growing team, reporting directly to our Head of Logisitics.

Your Responsibilities:

- Processing of all purchased parts received unserviceable or failing within the warranty period
- Knowledge and analysis of the A/C Warranty Contracts
- Support and advise the purchasing team for parts covered under warranty
- Identification and classification of tasks when analysing past events in regards to parts
- Analyse MX projects from the A/C coverage perspective and claim accordingly labor, parts, and handling
- Process all approved claims invoices
- Communicate with suppliers, Embraer Warranty Team and A/C representatives
- Support for our logistics team by e.g. processing orders or part exchanges

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Be familiar with aircraft maintenance documentation
- Be familiar with the A/C parts documentation and classification
- Very good written and spoken English knowledge, basic German desirable
- Confident use of MS Office and systems in general
- Analytical and accurate timely working method
- Good communication skills and cooperative working styleValid driver’s license desirable
- Ability to pass airside clearance and obtain a ZUP within Germany
- The rights to work within the EU/Germany
- Willingness to work weekend duties if required
