Die Volkswagen Automobile Stuttgart GmbH ist ein hundertprozentiges Tochterunternehmen der Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland und damit eine Konzerngesellschaft der Volkswagen AG. **Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Technical Genius bereitest du täglich deine Genius-Termine vor. Du fährst Kundenfahrzeuge auf die Hebebühne und prüfst diese nach äußerlichen Beschädigungen sowie technischen Mängeln. Du bist täglich im Kundenkontakt und bildest das Bindeglied zwischen der Werkstattleitung, der Serviceberatung und dem Servicebüro. Du bietest unseren Kunden eine kompetente Beratung über die digitalen Systeme in den Fahrzeugen. Du übergibst die digitale Erfassung der Beanstandungen an die Serviceberatung weiter. Durch das Umsetzen hoher Dienstleistungsqualität, trägst Du zum unternehmerischen Erfolg bei.
