**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Legt, basierend auf geeigneten Sicherheitsstandards und -richtlinien, Sicherheitsrichtlinien für Projekte fest, sorgt für deren Einhaltung und überprüft die Sicherheit von Projekten
- Berät als Experte KB CVS weit alle BUs/Produkt Projekte bezüglich der Umsetzung der Anforderungen zur funktionalen Sicherheit, bei Projekt-Sicherheitsplänen und -konzepten
- Führt Reviews und Assessments der FuSa Arbeitsergebnisse in Projekten durch
- Identifiziert Funktionale Sicherheitsrisiken und definiert erforderliche Maßnahmen, zusammen mit dem betroffenen Quality Manager und Projektleiter, um diese zu minimieren
- Schreitet im Falle der Nicht-Konformität bei Verhandlungen und Projektergebnissen in jeder Phase des Projekts ein
- Beobachtet den Markt und stellt die entsprechende interne Kommunikation sicher
- Entwickelt die interne FuSa Organisation kontinuierlich weiter
- Repräsentiert die FuSa Funktion und FuSa Netzwerk unternehmensweit
- Vertritt das Unternehmen in Industrie-Gremien bei der Definition von Richtlinien zum Stand der Technik
**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, des Maschinenbaus oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung (Software oder Hardware) idealerweise im Bereich Automotive
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Functional Safety Management (ISO26262)
- Fachwissen in den Bereichen Fahrdynamik, Lkw, Regelungstechnik und Signalverarbeitung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in den gängigen Methoden und Werkzeugen des Qualitätsmanagement für Elektronikbauteile (Hardware und Software) sowie für Systemdesign und Requirement-Management
- Analytisches Denken für systemübergreifende Zusammenhänge
- Eigeninitiative und hohe Motivation, neue Produkte zu entwickeln
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
