**DIE ROLLE**

Hinterlasse Deinen Fußabdruck bei einem weltweit führenden Beauty-Unternehmen. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Supply Chain unterstützt du aktiv unser **Customer Service Team** bei den täglichen interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und Projekten. Du erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in verschiedene Supply Chain Prozesse und Projekte in einem international tätigen Beauty-Konzern.

**DER AUFGABENBEREICH**
- Du bist der direkte Ansprechpartner für Kunden
- und Außendienstanfragen jeglicher Art
- Du unterstützt das Customer Service Team bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Sendungsverfolgungen, sonstigen Kundenanliegen über verschiedene Kommunikationsmedien hinweg
- Du koordinierst spezielle Kundenanforderungen abteilungsübergreifend

**DER IDEALE WELLA FIT**
- Seit 3 Fachsemestern studierst Du BWL / Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Du bringst Zahlenaffinität sowie ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen mit
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
- Den Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power Point, beherrschst Du sicher
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen multifunktionalen Team
