**AUFGABEN**
- Unterstützung des Transformationsprozesses von einem Eigen
- und Lohnfertigungssetup zu einem reinen Handelswarensetup - fachliche & personelle Zusammenführung der Abteilungen Einkauf und Planung
- Umsetzung der Vorgaben des strategischen Lieferantenmanagements durch Sicherstellung der optimalen Kapazitätsplanung (Produktionsmix) je Lieferant hinsichtlich Preise, Deckungsbeiträge etc.
- Operative Steuerung des Beschaffungsprozesses: Abstimmung von Vorlaufzeiten, Steuerung von Garn
- und Stoffblöcken, Freigabe von Bestellungen im Laufe des Einverkaufsprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von: Stoffen, Zutaten, Fertigteilen, Strick und Accessoires
- Verhandlung & Optimierung von Preisen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kalkulationsvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen bzw. Verfügbarkeit und Auslieferung der Ware
- Steuerung der NOS Lagerplanung zur Optimierung der Warenverfügbarkeit und Lagerdrehung
- Personalverantwortung: 8 Personen, perspektivisch 10-12 Personen
- Berichtslinie: Geschäftsleitung / CPO
**PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine entsprechende Ausbildung
- Motivator mit Führungserfahrung: zielgerichtete Entwicklung und Steuerung von Mitarbeitern
- Unternehmerisches Denken, selbständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsstil & Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Vertieftes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf bzw. Beschaffung
- Motivation, gemeinsam zukunftsorientierte Projekte anzugehen und Ziele zu erreichen
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschickt kombiniert mit analytischen Fähigkeiten
