**Program Summary**

**KBR** leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the **Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract** (**LOGCAP**). KBR’s enduring mission support of the **LOGCAP** program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

**Job Summary**

As a **Laborer** on the LOGCAP contract, you will report to and receive assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or Lead providing services across the site.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret instructions and procedures.
- Move materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
- Prepare construction sites, pour and spread concrete, set forms, and/or finishe surfaces.
- Participate in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and activities.
- Support plant production activities in receiving and shipping materials and products.
- Complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications **(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- This is an entry-level role; no special knowledge or experience is required.
- Skills may be required through on-the-job training.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds on a regular basis. Requires climbing, reaching, bending, squatting, crawling.
- Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions to include heat, cold, dust and rain.
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

**Preferred Qualifications **(Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Forklift operation certification.
- Previous training/experience in similar laborer roles.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to support various tasks and the mission as needed.
- Prior experience on a LOGCAP or similar BOS contract.
