- und Wiederholungsplanungen, sowie Planung von Arbeitsfolgen und Arbeitsgängen.

Die Arbeitsaufgabe umfasst die Festlegung der Produktionsreihenfolge im Zuständigkeitsbereich unter Berücksichtigung von Terminvorgaben, Fertigungskapazitäten, Materialkapazitäten und der

Auftragssituation, sowie die Steuerung der Fertigungsaufträge.

Die Arbeitsaufgabe bezieht sich auf einen Zuständigkeitsbereich (auch in Kombination) mit vielseitigen Einflussparametern (z.B. kritischer Pfad in Abhängigkeit von Arbeitsfolgenim Zuständigkeitsbereich).

Arbeitsgänge, Arbeitsfolgen, Betriebsmittel unter Berücksichtigung bekannter Fertigungsverfahren und Zeitdaten planen.

Dabei sind auch arbeitswissenschaftliche, fertigungstechnische

und betriebswirtschaftliche Erkenntnisse zu berücksichtigen.

Anhand der geplanten Fertigungs-programme die notwendigen Fertigungskapazitäten feststellen.

Freigabedaten und Einsatztermine überprüfen.

Dazu gehört auch die Abstimmung der verfügbaren personellen und technischen Kapazitäten sowie der Materialverfügbarkeit und die Prüfung / Abarbeitung der Differenzlisten (z. B. aus der EDV-gestützten Materialplanung).

Im Rahmen der Auftragssteuerung werden der regelmäßige Fertigungsablauf und die Materialverfügbarkeit verfolgt, Abweichungen festgestellt, Ursachen analysiert und Abhilfemaßnahmen in Abstimmung veranlasst.

Die nicht durchzuführenden Aufträge (z.B. aufgrund fehlender Materialien, mangelnder Kapazitäten) werden mit den entsprechenden Bereichen abgestimmt, ggf. werden Alternativen vorgeschlagen.

Gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

REFA Ausbildung ist wünschenswert.
